Fees
Most engagements are fixed project fees. Scope—not seats or monthly plans—determines the number.

What changes the estimate
- Number of signup or conversion surfaces (web, iOS, partner portals).
- Need for Korean and English walkthrough sessions in the same project.
- On-site facilitation days outside remote delivery.
- Whether measurement cleanup must precede journey analysis.
What we do not bill as
There are no subscription tiers, seat licenses, or “platform access” fees. You pay for the engagement described in the statement of work. Travel for on-site days in Korea is quoted separately when required.
Deposits
Projects typically begin with a 40% deposit. Workshops may be paid in full on booking. See our refund policy for cancellation and rescheduling rules.
