Agreement

By accessing cloudapplink.digital you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. Engagement contracts for audits, reviews, and workshops are separate written agreements that prevail over marketing pages when they conflict.

Services described

Pages describing engagements, fees, and methods are informational. A binding scope exists only after CloudApp Link issues a statement of work and you accept it in writing (including email confirmation).

Intellectual property

Site content, branding, and materials remain the property of CloudApp Link unless a statement of work assigns deliverables to you. You may not copy site text or images for commercial reuse without permission. Client deliverables follow the IP clauses in the relevant engagement agreement.

Acceptable use

You may not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it aggressively, submit malicious content through forms, or misrepresent your identity when requesting work.

Disclaimer

Field notes and examples are educational. They are not guarantees of particular business outcomes. Journey analysis depends on your product, audience, and measurement quality.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CloudApp Link is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from site use. Liability related to paid engagements is limited as stated in the governing statement of work.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea (KR). Courts with jurisdiction in Jeollabuk-do shall hear disputes arising from site use, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections.
