Client stories

Specific moments from signup, activation, and conversion work—not generic praise.

  • Signup Journey Audit

The audit showed our email verification step was losing people who never opened the message—not a “form design” problem like we assumed. We shortened the path and recovery improved within one release. The report was dense; I wish the executive summary had landed a day earlier before our board pack, but the findings held up.

  • Activation Path Review

CloudApp Link sat with our support transcripts and first-week session notes until the empty-state copy matched what new sellers actually needed. Activation stopped being a slide and became a checklist our CS team could coach to.

  • Conversion Path Workshop

Sales and product finally drew the same conversion path on one wall. We left with owners for three experiments instead of another vague “improve trial” mandate.

  • Funnel Health Check

We discovered our “completed signup” event fired on button click, not confirmation. Embarrassing, but fixing the dictionary changed every chart we trusted.

Walkthrough participants spoke Korean and English in the same sessions; the facilitators handled both without forcing awkward translation delays. Specific form-field friction near resident registration fields would have stayed invisible in our English-only prototypes.

Extended note: marketplace activation

A regional marketplace asked for an Activation Path Review after signup volume looked healthy while weekly selling activity stayed flat. Walkthroughs with new sellers showed that the “complete your shop” checklist hid shipping rules behind a secondary menu. Support tickets already mentioned the issue; nobody had connected them to the activation chart. After the team promoted shipping setup into the first-session path, the share of sellers who listed an item within seven days rose in the following release cycle. The engagement did not redesign the brand—only the order of required steps.
